We charge a one time diagnostic fee of $95.00 to come and do a complete inspection of your system and find out exactly what is going wrong. Once the cause of the problem has been found you will be quoted a price for the repair. That price includes both labor and parts. We have used a flat rate billing system for over 20 years and have found it to be the most accurate and fair way to bill you as the customer. We also provide senior citizen discounts and reduced pricing for maintenance contract customers. Our service technicians are trained and certified yearly on all of the newest HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

ADD-ON and REPLACEMENT SERVICES
We are experts in evaluating your home comfort needs. A perfectly balanced system is the best way to get the highest comfort and efficiency. Whether you're looking to replace an existing unit or system, need an existing system modified due to remodeling or have added an addition, we have the products and services to satisfy you. If your system should need replacing, our retrofit department can install new heating and air systems with efficiencies up to 16 SEER and 96% AFUE. We do not work in the new construction market; we focus on service and retrofit primarily for one reason, our customers!
