These guys are awesome. I had a contactor issue with my AC unit. Tried to change it myself but did short the control unit during the process. Not only did they tell me this might be the case over the phone one of the owners came to my house since he was close by, confirmed that this was the issue and didn't chArge me since I did most of the work. They still made the trip. This is what I call great customer service. I will definitely call them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Excellent service from Jeff on the phone and William on-site. Old wall heater that no one else would deal with. 4 Seasons really came through, even going so far as to have a part machined. These guys saved me from a very expensive installation of a new furnace.

We were having a problem with our heater.  The fan wouldn't shut off even though the heater did.  This would then cause cold air to be blown through the house.  I'd called another company about the same problem the previous winter, and they told me I needed to replace a part on the main board.  They replaced it, and the same problem happened again shortly thereafter. The third time it happened, I thought I'd try someone else.  I called 4 Seasons, and Alex came out for the call.  He determined that I simply needed to change the filter.  He was correct.  The heater and fan have been working properly ever since.  I really appreciate that given the fact that I was upfront and disclosed what the previous company had told me was the problem when it happened before, that he could've charged me a ton.  The service charge was very minimal, and Alex wouldn't take the extra money that I offered to pay for his time.  Thank you Alex and 4 Seasons!  We will definitely call you again!

Alex came out to my place of work(WC). He went above and beyond on an extremely hot day to fix two of our AC roof units. He was extremely professional and able to track down parts to get our AC up and running the same day!

These guys did an amazing job at a very competitive price!  We had them do a complete install of a brand new central heating unit and I couldn't be happier.  Before deciding to go with these guys, we got quotes from probably 8-10 other companies.  These guys were the second cheapest but more professional and knowledgeable then the cheapest bid so we went with this company and we are happy we did.  Everything went smoothly and according to plan, they even did a little extra and helped us replace our VERY old and dangerous drop down attic door, replacing it with something safe and MUCH easier to use. Everyone that we dealt with has been nothing but helpful, professional, responsive and nice.  We are kind of leery about people we don't know coming to our house but we felt comfortable with them every step of the way.   Thank you 4 Seasons!  I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
