Serviced central heating and a/c. Very professional and reasonable. William did a great job, will continue to use them.

Very quick to answer my message. Got me an appointment within a week. William, the tech, was very quick to find the problem and get the heater fixed. This company was great! Update: the heater didn't work when we tried it the next day! I called really early in the morning and left a message and they called back almost immediately and William came back right away. He checked the heater again and figured out the issue quickly: It was such a tiny little part that was broken - I am honestly amazed that he could find it. Really happy with the customer service and professionalism of this company and their tech, William.

We recently had central installed in our home (we already had forced air for heat). We got quotes from various local companies. Some of them couldn't come out until the end of October to even give an estimate (this was in Mid September). 4 Seasons came back with a very attractive quote, and when the unit we had originally signed up for was out of stock with no anticipated date for arrival, Jeff honored his price and changed our unit to one that was slightly better and in stock.  Alex and Jeff were great to work with, and the installation was done in one day. There was a slight delay in getting the initial pricing, as the person they had setting up their appointments was out, but once we got the pricing, they were super quick in getting us our appointment. I would totally recommend.

June 2020, I had 4 seasons come out to do a few minor fixes on our system - about 9 years after they initially installed my system.  It was great to know that all the main people are still at the company - Alex, Lassie and Jeff (and I am sure a few others). I spoke with Jeff about my minor issues and Lassie set up the appointment for a few days later (as I was not in a hurry). Alex came out and remembered everything about the system he himself installed 8 years, 11 months ago.  He asked about our rabbit - our pet that he had not seen since he was originally here - but he remembered.  He and his associate were, like before, punctual and professional.  All work was quickly done to my satisfaction and off they went.  It was great to know that I was able to call the same service provider from years before and that the same people I had worked with before took such great care of my AC system.

The air flow in my home office has been getting worse and worse over the years.  I've used 4 seasons in the past and been very satisfied.  Alex came on time, wearing a mask and carrying booties in his hand which he put on in the house. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it on the spot.  He checked a few other vents I had questions about and made recommendations.
